How we re-roof your home

Most of our work is complete re-roofs. Here's what happens, start to finish.

  1. Free estimate

    We measure your roof and write up the quote. You don't need to be home: we can leave it in your mailbox.

  2. Strip to the boards

    Every last shingle comes off, so nothing is hidden under your new roof.

  3. Repair the deck

    Rotted or mouldy wood is replaced, and ice & water shield goes down to protect the eaves.

  4. Install the new roof

    Underlayment, new shingles, new vents, and flashing made to fit. New skylights if you want them.

  5. Clean up

    Nothing is left on your roof or lawn overnight, and we sweep the yard with industrial magnets to pick up nails.

Yes. We come out, measure your roof and give you a written quote at no charge.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

No. We can look at the roof while you're out and leave the quote in your mailbox.

How fast can you fix a leak?

Leaks and storm damage are treated as urgent. Small repairs can often be scheduled for the next day.

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes, insurance claims are accepted. Let us know your claim details when you get in touch.

What happens to the wood under my old shingles?

We strip the roof right down to the boards. Anything rotted or mouldy is replaced before the new roof goes on, and your quote will tell you about options like new plywood.

Which skylights do you install?

We install Velux skylights, and we build custom flashing and frames when a skylight needs it.
